What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They are how a website remembers you between one page and the next โ€” most usefully, how it keeps you signed in.

What HirePross uses

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.

  • Authentication cookies: keep you signed in as you move between pages. Without these you would be logged out on every click.
  • Security tokens: protect forms and actions against cross-site request forgery โ€” the mechanism that stops another site submitting requests as you.
  • Session state: remembers where you are in a multi-step flow, such as posting a job.

Preferences

Remember choices such as your location or display settings, so you do not re-enter them each visit.

Third-party cookies

Where map features are enabled, Google Maps may set cookies when a map or address autocomplete loads. That is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a booking โ€” the site cannot function without them.
